Vitals Care Patient

Did you know that the average wait time for a Doctor's appointment is two weeks? You could also have to wait in the doctor's office for up to an hour just for a check-up.

Not anymore.

With Vitals Care, you can stay in the comfort of your own home, and we bring the doctor's appointment to you. So you get the convenience of telemedicine with the confidence that your doctor has all of the vital signs that they need for a comprehensive visit.

Vital signs are crucial to diagnosis.

At the peak of the COVID-19 pandemic, primary health care centers and hospitals experienced an influx of patients. As a result, there was a higher demand for checking patients' vital signs than the available facilities could handle.

Diagnoses were delayed, and patients—like you—were experiencing deteriorating health conditions.

Vitals-Care was established in 2020 to address these delays and get more vital signs data for more patients, so that Doctors can make accurate diagnoses more quickly.

So how does it work?

A highly trained Vitals-Care Technician will visit you at your home to record your objective vital data. They then upload it to our secure HIPAA-compliant platform for you and your doctor's review during your appointment.

You and your Doctor now have access to your primary health metrics, including your:

  • Heart rate
  • Blood pressure
  • Respiratory rate
  • Temperature
  • Oxygen saturation

Please schedule an appointment every three months or contact us for a same-day appointment if you're feeling sick! Stay home, stay safe, and still get the data you need to feel assured of your health.

Sign up here, so when you need us, we will be there for you. Take $10 off your first visit and see how convenient our services can be.

Take charge of your health so you can get back to your family.

Why Use Vitals Care?

Vital signs are your body's way of alerting you of any changes or upcoming issues with your health. Unfortunately, a typical H.M.O. insurance plan only allows you to see your doctor once every 12 months, and a copayment is often required. For less than the cost of an average copay, Vitals Care can come to you. We work as a liaison with your doctor. We communicate your vital signs, and your doctor follows up with you upon reviewing your Data. That way, you can still use your doctor and schedule a telehealth or Audio appointment, saving you time and money. Enjoy more of the things you love instead of waiting hours in a Doctor's office or Urgent Care Facility.

What are Vital Signs?

Vital signs are the measure of the body's fundamental functions. They help your doctor understand many things about your current health status.

The four significant vital signs that monitored by professionals are:

  1. Blood pressure
Blood pressure is not often considered a vital sign, but it is measured alongside other vital signs.
  2. Body temperature
Your body temperature helps doctors understand the kind of health challenges you may be having. For instance, you may be diagnosed with fever when your body temperature is higher than 100 degrees Fahrenheit.
  3. Heart rate
Your heart rate is also known as the pulse rate. It will vary depending on your age, the kind of exercise you do, the medicine you use, and your weight.
  4. Respiratory rate
Respiratory rate is your breathing rate. Difficulty breathing may be a sign of a severe health problem.

The Vitals Care Way

You can skip the queue to get your vital signs taken with the Vitals Care Way. You don't have to leave your home or visit your doctor to start treatment. You only need to be a registered user of Vitals Care. The Vitals Care Way helps you prevent delayed treatment when you need it. You request a session through your account. Then, a professional and friendly Vitals Care Technician arrives at your home while you rest. The technician records your vital signs, then uploads them to our HIPAA-compliant platform for your doctor's review. That way, you are assured that your doctor can address any life-threatening health problems that require immediate intervention.
